I just inquired as to the difference regarding a PC III or PC III EX and here is the response I got back from Dynojet.
Thought I would share...
The PCIII USB EX was designed to comply with state of California emission regulations. This unit has slightly less adjustability than the standard PCIII and can not be used with all of our accessories. If you have any other questions please let us know. Thanks
